JP Creative Technologies is not currently accepting public software purchases through this website. No website refund request is therefore available yet.
What will be stated before purchase
Before checkout opens, each product page and the hosted checkout will clearly state the final refund period, eligibility rules, license terms, product requirements, delivery method, and how to request help or a refund. Customers will be able to review those terms before paying.
Preventing avoidable purchases
Product pages will state supported operating systems, major capabilities, known limits, and system requirements. Backup O'Clock will state that it protects selected files and folders rather than cloning a complete disk. SVG to 3MF Converter will state that supported artwork still requires final slicer review.
